Situated just a 7 minutes drive from the beautiful mountain pueblo of Frigliana, this cortijo is surrounded by 15´000m² of pristine avocado plantations.  

Upon entering this property you are surrounded by wide open panoramic views of the sea, and hills covered with neighbouring fincas with their plantations.  This property offers a large supply of water for its plantations with a total of 25´000L available per day.  This cortijo is in excellent condition.  When entering the house, to your right you have a bedroom which can fit two single beds or a double.  To the left you have a living room with an open kitchen (partially fitted) and a fireplace.  Moving up the hallway you have a bathroom on your left with a decent size walk in shower, toilet and sink and two the right another bedroom which can equally fit a double or two single beds.  Outside there is a very large covered terrace with spectacular panoramic views of the mountains, plantations straight ahead and to the left you can see the sea as well.  On the right of the terrace there is open barbecue as well as gated area where several cars can be parked.
